 EXPLORE the theme, CREATE original art, & BE RECOGNIZED! We are excited for a new year of Reflections at WCE, a chance to recognize the creativity and hard work of our Rangers.
All Entries are Due by 3pm on October 22
 
Students create an original piece that reflects the year's theme. There are six categories to choose from: dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, or visual arts.
EVERY student is encouraged to enter!

 How to Enter
  1. Make sure your family has at least one member of the WCE PTA. Not a member? Join here www.myrangerpta.org

  2. Be sure you are familiar with the rules for each category. Click here to view the rules

  3. Work on your entry piece(s) at home reflecting this year's theme "What my culture means to me".

  4. Complete one Entry Form for each piece (students can submit multiple entries). Click here for a copy of the Entry Form. The artist's statement is very important for judging!
     
  5. Turn in your creation(s) to the FRONT OFFICE no later than 3:00pm on October 22rd, 2026. Be sure to print and submit a COMPLETED entry form for EACH piece. NO LATE ENTRIES are allowed!
 
Awards and Recognition

Each level of Reflections judging will determine how and when their participating students are celebrated. Here is an outline of the awards and recognition received if the entry advances to Texas PTA and National PTA.

 
We'll announce the results from our campus and inform those artists who move on to the district and/or state level. There will be a recognition and celebratory art show in the spring after any entries that advance are returned to our campus.
